BOPP Label
Product Description
The 50u clear BOPP label is a high-adhesion labeling material tailored for demanding applications requiring exceptional bond strength and transparency. The hotmelt rubber adhesive provides superior adhesion, with an impressive initial adhesion strength of 14N/25mm and peel adhesion values of 9N/25mm at 180° and 7N/25mm at 90° on steel (FTM standards). Its robust adhesion properties and durable construction ensure reliable performance across various environments.

Product Application
The material has a certain degree of tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in labels in industries such as washing, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food and electronic labels. Has good transparency and a certain degree of fragility.
Converting
There is a layer of coating on the surface that is transparent. Avoid material deformation caused by overheating.
Applicable to various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing and screen printing, etc., and has good expressive power for inks. (Product labels with more important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical substances.)
